Jeremy was born on a beautiful March day in 1985, 57 seconds before his twin brother Elliott. He was preceded in death by his incredible father, Sidney, Jr., and his grandfather, Sid Martin, Sr., and grandfather and grandmother Nims. He is survived by his mother, his twin brother, his older brother, uncles, cousin, Godfather, girlfriend, grandmother Martin and many exceptional friends from Gainesville, Chicago and Lake Forest, Illinois, who have supported him through his valiant battle against this dreadful disease these last seven months.
Jeremy attended P.K. Yonge School from kindergarten through high school. Jeremy graduated from Santa Fe College and enjoyed working as a salesman. Jeremy was All State in both basketball and football during his high school sports career. Jeremy was kind and brave and funny and the best friend that anybody could ever have. He taught us all to live every day to the fullest, to be nice to people, not be judgmental and treat people as you would want them to treat you.
