He loved his Family, Church and animals, and could be seen often spending time walking dogs.
Timothy is survived by his son, Michael Howell, his sister, Vicky Streeter (Russ) his brother, Paul F. Howell, five nieces, Sonya, Nichole, and Sheri Streeter, Melissa Lavoy (Jason) and Elizabeth Howell, and his ex-wife Joy Howell.
He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Mary Howell and a brother, Paul Michael Howell.
A Private gathering will be held by the family for Timothy at a later date.
Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery Sec. 23, next to his parents.
