MATHIS, Sarah God's master plan was fulfilled in the life of Missionary Sarah F. Zachery Mathis, February 1, 2010, when she transitioned home to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by husband Jessie C. Mathis, Parents Major Zachery & Mae Ruby Arnold, four brothers Robert, Bemis, Willie "T" & Major Jr. "Pete". Sarah leaves to mourn four children: Debbie & Willie Edwards, Jeffrey & Tomekia Mathis, Bridget & Aundra Hill, and Stephon Mathis, three sisters, Mae Ruth Gooden, Edna Taylor and Nllie Ringer, one Aunt Mrs. Sue Hicks, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grand children and a host of Nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 8, 2010 at 11:00am at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church, 534 Fairburn Rd., Atlanta, GA 30331. Viewing Sunday, 2:00 PM. The Reverend Gregory Sutton, Pastor. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Family and friends are asked to assemble at 6023 Blackhawk Trail, Mableton, GA 30126 on the day of service at 10:00 AM.
