"Virginia West, 79 of Cub Run passed away Saturday, Nov. 9 at the Medical Center of Caverna emergency room. She was the daughter of the late Ernie Parrish Hawkins & Hazel Crain Hawkins. She was a retired employee of Louisville Bedding in Munfordville. Virginia was the wife of the late Jackie West and she was a member of the Cub Run Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Leroy & Lawrence Hawkins.
She is survived by one son-Mark West & wife Elizabeth of Cub Run
One daughter-Bonita Cummings & husband Tommy of Leitchfield
Four grandchildren-Lacey Nicole Meredith, Isabella Marie Wilson, Lily Grace West & River Donavon West
One great-grandson-Jax Meredith-Clark
Funeral services for Virginia West will be 1pm Tuesday, Nov. 12 in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Day officiating. Burial in the Cherry Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 2-8pm and after 8am Tuesday at the Sego Funeral Home."
