Services for Connie Elizabeth Boyd, 60, of Lubbock, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2007. in Resthaven's Abbey Chapel. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Resthaven.
Connie passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2007, in Lubbock.
She was born on Dec. 1, 1946, in Brownfield, and graduated from Monterey High School in 1965. She married Gregg Boyd in Lubbock, on May 31, 1973. Connie had served as a Title Clerk for several auto dealer and most recently was employed with Calligraphy Etc., as office manager.
Connie loved life and was known for her good sense of humor. She was a Baptist and enjoyed golf and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Georgia Donley; and a brother, Bobby.
She is survived by her husband, Gregg; and her mother-in-law, Verna Boyd of Lubbock.
The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society or the donor's favorite charity.
