She was born April 23, 1943, in Hartford Connecticut; the daughter of the late Donald and Irene (LaFlamme) Harding. Her passion throughout her life was quietly doing things for others where she saw a need. She enjoyed thrift store shopping, reading, making quilts and traveling.
Pamela is survived by her husband, her son and daughter-in-law, and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Patrick Mills, her two brothers, Edward and Donald Harding, and two sisters, Barbara Ludwig and Lorraine "Lolly" Prentiss.
There will be no calling hours or service.
