Wilma was born September 19, 1955 in Scioto County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Willard Osborne and Mary Louise McJunkin.
Surviving are her loving companion, Robert Hatfield, a son, Randy Dale Woodruff, two sisters, Mary Marlene McJunkin and Maggie Michelle McCann, and a cousin, Teresa Shisler.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, William Woodruff and Shawn Woodruff, and a brother, Tony Osborne.
Wilma was a clerk for Jolly Pirate Donut Shop in Waverly, Ohio.
