Funeral services for Elaine Hall, age 88, of the Mt. Sylvan Community are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the Mt. Sylvan Baptist Church with Bro. Bruce Rudd officiating.
Private family interment will be held at Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas, Texas with services under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale, Texas.
Mrs. Hall died Friday, November 8, 2019 at her residence in Mt. Sylvan. She was born in Chireno, Texas, on October 20, 1931, to the late Walter Arthur and Ruth Inez (Moore) Thruston.
Mrs. Hall was a member of the Mt. Sylvan Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William Edgar Kemp in 1977 and Garth L. Hall in 2009.
Mrs. Hall is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Mauricia Kemp of Whitehouse, Texas; daughter, Kathryn Holliday of Mt. Sylvan, Texas; brother, Bryan Thruston of Dallas, Texas; niece, Lisa Thruston of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Cody Kemp and wife, Christine of Frankston, Texas, Alex Holliday of Cleveland, Ohio and Holly Holliday of Winona, Texas; and 4 great grandchildren.
