Kelly D. Wallace, age 64, of Belle passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at his residence.

Kelly was born on February 28, 1955, a son to the late Everett H. and Patricia (Abel) Wallace.

Kelly was a 1973 graduate of Belle High School and received his Bachelor Degree in Interior Design from the California College of Arts in San Francisco. Kelly worked as an Interior Designer in San Francisco, Ft. Lauderdale, Dallas, and Oregon for many years before returning to the Belle area where he lived until his death.

He was a member of the First Christian Church in Belle.

Kelly enjoyed visiting and talking politics. He was blunt, he was opinionated, but above all else, he was honest. He loved his daily talks with his dear friend, Fran. Kelly took pride in decorating his home and loved everything southern lifestyle. He always payed close attention to detail when planning weddings, birthdays, holidays and even funerals. Kelly was very talented and had a knack for colors and patterns. He loved cooking and entertaining his family and was known for his baked beans on a hot summer day. Kelly always was the first to call and wish you a happy birthday or sending holiday cards. He loved shopping and buying his nieces and nephews gifts. Kelly loved his beloved dogs Jackson and Jules.

Kelly is survived by: one brother, Patrick Wallace and his wife Nancy of Pendleton, Oregon; and one sister, Trisha Sampson of Belle as well as many special nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
