Charles Richard Bauer, age 68, of Faribault, died Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at his home.
Memorial visitation will be held at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault, on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Military rites will be provided by the Rice County Central Veterans Association at the Boldt Funeral Home on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Spring interment will be held at Hill Lake Cemetery, Hill City.
Charles Richard, the son of Ervine and Winonah (Foix) Bauer, was born on November 5, 1951 in Faribault. Charlie graduated from Faribault High School. After graduation, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He worked for Grist Mill of Lakeville, Owatonna Manufacturing Company and Faribault Concrete Products.
Survivors include his siblings, Anna Mae Smith of Aurora, MN, Ronald E. Bauer of Aurora, MN and Ella R. (and Arthur) Bice of Faribault and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Ervine and Winonah.
