Steve Thomas Wade, 69, died on November 6, 2019. Born on July 27, 1950 in Danville to the late William Thomas Wade and Jeanette Sinkhorn Wade. Steve loved hunting, fishing and was a hardworking family man. He was a member of Mitchellsburg Baptist Church. Steve is predeceased by his wife, Vicki Wade, his parents, and one brother, Keith Wade.
He is survived by one daughter, Jeanette (Tim Mounce) Coomer of Somerset; three sons, Brian (Roxann) Wade of Stanford, Kevin Wade of Stanford, Joey Wade of Harrodsburg; seven grandchildren, Kody Wade, Greg Wade, Kyra Wade, Emma Wade, Landen Wade, Tyler Wade, Olivia Coomer; two great-grandchildren, Pierce Wade and Briley Gamez; his stepmother, Sandy Wade of Harrodsburg; one sister, Ticia (Kevin) Robinson of Harrodsburg; two brothers, Mark Wade, David (Jen) Wade of Lexington and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be 1 pm, Monday, November 11, 2019 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. His son Joey will officiate. Burial will be in Parksville Cemetery.
