Frank George Kostal (Costal) was the son of James Kostal and Beatrice Thomas, the husband of Katherine Nemeth and the father of sons Dennis, Frank and Joseph, and daughters Beatrice, Joan and Jean. In New Castle Frank had worked at the tin mill, and later in Ohio, at the Brown & Crane Co.
