He is survived by his wife of 63 years, June (Shoop) Straub; a daughter, Cynthia Napper; a son, Michael Straub; and four grandchildren.
He was employed by the U.S. Postal Service as a postal manager for 35 years.
Services were held Jan. 14 at Demaine Funeral Home, Springfield, Va.
Interment will be at a later date in Berrysburg.
