Kimberly Jo Riley, 38, of Fairmont, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was born on July 13, 1981 in Fairmont; a daughter of Carolyn (Martin) Riley and the late Joseph Riley.

Kimberly was a 1999 graduate of East Fairmont High School and attended Fairmont State University. She worked as a secretary for David’s Stanley Consultants and she also worked as a waitress for Cracker Barrel in Fairmont. Kimberly was a creative artistic person, she took old things and turned them into art, she saw gold in rust. She was also a rock collector.

Kimberly is survived by her mother, Carolyn (Martin) Riley of Fairmont; her son, Waylon Eddy of Fairmont; two brothers, David White and his wife, Jo of Barrackville and Joseph White and his wife, Stacy of Fairmont; and her sister, Amber Bowers and her husband, Gordon of Monongah.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.

Family and friends are welcome to call at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant St., Fairmont, on Monday, November 11, 2019 from 10:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 pm with Pastor Sheldon Nickerson, officiating.
