Betty Sue Steele, born on April 24, 1931 in Aubrey, Texas passed into glory on January 11, 2019.
Betty worked in many different areas in the nursing field after graduating from the Dallas Methodist Hospital nursing program.
She served in the United States Air force from 1962-1967, where she met her husband, Wycliffe E. Steele, Jr, who preceded her in death in 1988.
She is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Jodie Steele and her grandchildren, Jessica, Greg, Hillary, Jesse, and Hunter.
Also, Betty leaves behind her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Bernice Wardlaw, along with her three sisters, Gerry Ott, Frances George, and Bea Hornbeck who reside in Dallas, Texas.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 10:30am at Dove of the Desert United Methodist Church.
