Mildred R. Reid Chesapeake - Millie Rose Reid, 92, passed away on Wednesday in Chesapeake. She was born in Connecticut to the late Carl and Rosanell Moore. She is predeceased by her husband of 39 years, Willard Reid and her sisters, Grace Gatewood and Roberta Early. She is survived by her sister, Doris Ewing; daughters, Bonnie Sampson and Denise Simmons (Lee); granddaughters, Tiffany Fancher, Heather Bernstein (Adam), Melissa Noblett and Matthew Sampson; great-grandchildren, Brae, Addison and Leah. A visitation will be from 5-7pm, Sunday at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral service will be at 10am, Monday in the chapel with burial to follow in the cemetery.
