Jennifer Lynn (Burbank) Stone, 45, Gas City, went to be with her heavenly Father at 10:07 pm on Sunday, November 3, 2019, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. On June 18, 1974, she was brought into this world by two loving parents, Michael and Barbara (Browder) Burbank. Together they raised her with love until she married her love, Michael Stone, on July 3, 2010. With her loving husband, they made a family: step-daughter, Tabetha Stone; daughter, Elizabeth Stone; and god-daughter, Allison Holmes. She will be remembered by her brothers and their wives, Nathan (Tia) Burbank and Patrick (Melisa) Burbank, and her in-laws, Cory (Marcy) Stone, Crystal Stone, Kari (Roger) Sopher, and Mickey Stone. Others that will miss her smile include her many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jennifer graduated from Mississinewa High School and attended Ivy Tech Community College. She worked at Xerox for five years, where she was a recovery specialist. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Parish. She found joy in bowling, fishing, Colts football, Pacers basketball, and going to Bingo with her mother, Aunt Linda Lunn, and Pamela Michael. Although Jennifer traveled to many places, her favorite place to visit was the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

She will always be remembered for her heartfelt laughter and the uncompromising "what-fors". Jennifer always felt that the dash between the date of birth and date of death was important. Her dash included spending time with her family, teaching her daughter how to love and be a good person, and spending time with her "sister from another mister", Brandy Holmes, Heather Nemeth, and special cousin, Angie Southern.

"My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." (Psalm 73:26)

The family will receive visitors from 4:00-8:00 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2019, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., Gas City, IN.

A funeral service to celebrate Jennifer's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 8, 2019, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 325 E. N. A St., Gas City, IN. Father Christopher Roberts will be officiating with burial following at Grant Memorial Park.
