MULLINS, Loretta C., age 81, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019 at her residence. She was born February 12, 1938 in Richmond, Kentucky and moved to Ohio in 1952. She graduated from Middletown High School Class of 1956. Loretta was the manager of the Middletown Office of Manpower for 25 years. She enjoyed arts and crafts and flower gardening. Preceding her in death were her parents, James Russell and Georgia Lee (Adams) Howard; her husband, Jack R. Mullins in 2014; one son, Randy Mullins; and one brother, Wayne Howard. She is survived by one son, Bradley S. (Beth) Mullins; daughter-in-law, Vicki Mullins; three grandsons, Jacob (Kelly) Mullins, Josh (Heather) Martin and Jeremy Moses; six great grandchildren Hunter Martin, Logan Martin, Gracie Martin, Keystan Moses, Eva Moses and Coltan Moses; one sister, Brenda (Charles) Bogie; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Woodside Cemetery Chapel, Middletown, followed by services at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel with Pastor Aaron Levering officiating. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum
