He was born June 19, 1949 to the late William and Luberta Colbert Spencer.
He is also preceded in death by one brother, Winfred Fisher.
Larry accepted Jesus Christ at an early age at Mt. Olive Methodist Church in Lacey, AR.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Gloria Miller Spencer of Monticello; one son, Larry Spencer, Jr. of Monticello; two daughters, Pamela and Veronica Spencer, both of Monticello; three brothers, Dalton (Martha) Fisher of Monticello, Johnnie R. Spencer and Kent Spencer (Sandra), all of Lacey; two sisters, Francene Matthews and Tyronza David, both of Monticello; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
