Paul Gene Little, 85, of Metropolis, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Southgate Health Care Center.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Friday, November 1, 2019 at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home with Rev. David Wright and John Housewright officiating. Burial will follow in Masonic Cemetery in Cypress, IL, with military rites.
Mr. Little was retired from SIU and had previously worked at LaFarge. Paul was a US Air Force veteran serving in the Korean Conflict and also served in the Army Reserves. He was a member of Joppa Missionary Baptist Church.
Paul is survived by his wife of 63 years, Brenda (Housewright) Little; one daughter, Sharon Blasdel and husband Mike; two sons, David Little and wife Jennifer and Rick Little and wife Amy; six grandchildren, Lindsey Kinser and husband Steven, Lesley Gosa and husband Josh, Laken Weber and husband Brycen, Eliza Little, Trenton Little and Kylie Little; five great grandchildren, Luke Kinser, Ben Kinser, Grady Gosa, Jada Little, and Cullen Little.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Little and Rosa Greenwood; one granddaughter, Tiffany Little; one brother, Larry.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 1st from 9 am to 10 am at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home.
