Glenda Ann Renfroe Harris, daughter of Elige and Dorothy Renfroe, born 1957, in Greenville, MS. In 1974, Glenda welcomed her first son, Marvin Damone Renfroe. Five years later she was given a second son, Mario Corteze Harris. After two sons, she was blessed with her only daughter Tiffany Latrice Harris in 1981. Glenda's children were growing and she decided to accept employment at the Internal Revenue Service in 1984, holding such job titles as a clerk, tax examiner. While continuing work with the IRS, she became a foster parent through the Department of Children Services for over 20 years. By the end of 2001 she decided to adopt her third son Isaac Aaron Harris. In 2004 she was struck again when she welcomed her fourth son Darrious Braxton Harris, aka “Button." After 34 years of service with IRS she retired July 31, 2019. She departed this life, Thursday, October 3, 2019, in Memphis, Tennessee. Proceeding her was father Elige Renfroe (1998), sister Brenda Faulkner (2008), and mother Dorothy Renfroe (2015). Her life and legacy will be cherished by her children, Marvin, Mario (Crystal), Tiffany, Issac and Darrious, grandchildren; Lapria Matrianna Harris, Marcus Renfroe, Teanna Camille Clark, and Marvin Damone Renfroe, Jr., her siblings, Lucille Mayfield, Doris Gathright, Robin Leggett (Steve) Malikea Currin (Johnny), David Chattman, Robert Renfroe, and Keshun Renfroe, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
