Geoffrey S. Anderson passed away October 30, 2019. He was 72.
Geoffrey was born September 27, 1947 in West Point, NY to Agnes (Rose) and Glen Preston Anderson. He was a resident of Rockport for 2 years and former resident of Houston, Texas. Geoffrey was a retired Engineer who obtained his degree from Virginia Tech. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him.
Preceding in death are his parents: Glen and Agnes Anderson; and brother: Preston “Buddy” Anderson.
Survivors include his wife: Linda Anderson of Rockport, Texas; daughter: Betsy Anderson Jacketti (Tony) of Mandeville, LA; grandchildren: Max Jacketti and Jake Jacketti; step-children: Andy McWain of Massachusetts and Jennifer Buchanan of Maine; and sisters: Nancy Anderson Hood and Laura Anderson Rogers.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2019, 11:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. The Funeral Service will follow the same day, 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Rockport Cemetery, Rockport.
