SUNSET- Visitation services will be observed Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Evangeline Memorial Gardens Chapel in Carencro for Linda Ann Sims Williamson, age 66, who passed away Thursday, October 31, 2019 at her residence in Sunset.
Mrs. Williamson was a native of Cankton and a resident of Sunset. She was employed with the state of Louisiana for over thirty years. She enjoyed being with her grandchildren and her pets and spending time at home.
Survivors include her husband, John Williamson, of Sunset; two sons, Brian Christopher Mouille and John Williamson, Jr. and his wife, Melinda, of Gillis; four daughters, Amber Hargrave and her husband, TJ, of Groves, TX, Monica Wix and her husband, Eric Sr., of Lake Charles, Michelle Wilson and her husband, Dontel, of Lafayette and Kimberly Engen of Sunset; one sister, Cheryl Miller Schexnayder and her husband, Leonard; nine grandchildren, Harlie Mouille, Jazlyn Norman, Alayna Hargrave, Gaige Hargrave, Tai Hargrave, Eric Wix, Jr., Haley Williamson, Cassie Engen, and Jason Engen, Jr.; and two great grandchildren, Erica Wix and Taylor Wix.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Willis Miller and the former Effie Marie Ledoux; one sister, Mavis Miller Mouille.
A rosary will be prayed at 6: 00 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home by Gwen Mayhall.
