She is survived by: four of her five sons, James Alvin Truesdell, of Newport Beach, Florida; Johnathan Alan Cox, of Maysville, Jesse Adam Cox (Hayley), of Clayton, Indiana, and Jacob Adolphus Cox, of Covington; one daughter, Jessica Perkins, of Indianapolis, Indiana; her granddaughter Jayden Ren̩e Cox; three of her four sisters, Sheri Lee Hollar, of Maysville, Kimberly Lane Doyle (Joey), of Orangeburg, and Teresa Ren̩e Upshaw, of Indianapolis, Indiana; several nieces and nephews; and her fiancé, Jeffrey. Besides her parents, Wendy is predeceased by: a son, J.R. Perkins; a sister, Joyce Lynn Ayers; maternal grandparents, Lena and Forrest Bivens; and paternal grandparents, Aultman and Mildred Truesdell.
