Mrs. Patsy Clay, aged eighy-eight years, died Saturday morning at her home near this city. She was a sister of Edwin G. Bedford and was the mother of Thos. Fields Clay, Sidney B. Clay and Mrs. Mattie Donaldson, of this city and county, and Mrs. M.E. Colcord of Denver, Colcorado. She was the relict of Berry Clay. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Paris Cemetery. The pall bearers were: J. Frank Clay, Harry Clay, S.E.Bedford, John C. Bedford, Edwin Bedford Jr. Ben F. Bedford Jr.
MY NOTE: The name of her husband being Berry Clay was retracted on March 26th
Her son was Thomas Edwin Clay, this name was on his DC but his Obit listed him as Thomas Fields Clay ???

Son William Green Clay born 1842 is said to have died during the Civil War
