She was the oldest member of Luttrell Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by husband, Virgil Glenn Smith; parents, William and Mae Chandler; sisters, Opal Bates, Melba Buckner, and Irene Hayes; brother, Carness Chandler; and sons-in-law, Roy Booker and Albert Vineyard.
Survived by daughters, sons, brothers, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, Great great-grandchildren, special nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 PM Sunday at Bridges Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 18, 2015, at Bridges Funeral Home.
Family and friends will meet at 12:15 PM on Monday at Bridges Funeral Home and proceed to Greenwood Cemetery for a 1:00 PM interment.
