Geneva Dea Hall, 90, of Blue Springs, Missouri passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 1st at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 2nd also at the funeral home; burial following in Valley Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.

Geneva was born on October 3, 1929 in Belton, MO daughter of Gibralter and Viola (Hearn) Hammond. Sewing was her passion and she also enjoyed quilting, crocheting and knitting. She worked at Sears for 5 years where she met her husband, Russell. She loved traveling, camping, boating and fishing, but most of all she loved her family and they meant the world to her.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Russell Hall in 2017; daughter, Susan Deese; great-granddaughter, Grace Kleyh; and 4 siblings, Eugene, Roena, Joann and Lee Wayne.

Her survivors include her 2 daughters, Cheryl (Joseph) Calderella of Oak Grove and Crystal Kleyh (late husband, Dwayne) of Grain Valley; son-in-law, Steven Deese of Fort Pierce, FL; 6 grandchildren, Michelle (Randall) Wilson, Bryan (Alanna) Caldarella, Samantha Deese (Robbie Schadewald), Jason (Farra) Kleyh, Sean (Summer) Deese and Lindsey (Craig) Patterson; 12 great-grandchildren; 4 great great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Nadine Kirschbaum of Reardon, WA and Donna Wagner of Nevada, MO; and several nieces, nephews and other family members.
