Roy Dean Hawkins of Granite Falls passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Frye Regional Medical Center, Hickory.
Born May 20, 1962 in Catawba County he was the son of Joe Dean Hawkins and Patricia Ann Killian Hawkins of Granite Falls.
Roy was an avid outdoorsman, and loved fishing, food, basketball, telling jokes and spending time with his family and friends. He loved the Holidays.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his sisters Robyn Hawkins and Karen Hawkins both of Granite Falls.
The family will gather at his parents’ home, open hours thru this Saturday, November 2, 2019.
