Walter S. Albright, sixty-two, 229 Locust St., died at 2 a. m. Monday in St. Joseph's Hospital after an illness of two months.
Born in Lancaster, a son of the late Charles and Susan Albright, he was a veteran of World War I, serving with Co. A, 304th Engineers, 79th Division. He was a retired carpenter and cement finisher and a member of the American Legion, Post No. 34, and the 7th Ward Republican Club.
Surviving are four children, Mary E. Albright, city; Dorothy R., wife of James McCoy, Mohnton; Irene M., wife of Lloyd Lavis, Atlantic City; and John W., city; also 11 grandchildren and one brother, Albert, city.
