States the following:
In a deed recorded on Dec. 7, 1845, Thomas Jefferson Sanders paid Cornealus Roberts of the county of Logan and the state of Virginia $150.00 for land in Pike County, Ky. in the Flatwoods at the head of Marrowbone, the head of Trace Fork & Caney Fork of Shelby. The next following year on July 22, 1846, he sold off 40 acres on Shelby Creek to Elisha Johnson for $250.00
In 1865 I. B. Sanders was appointed administrator over the estate.
She also stated they are both buried here.

Floyd County, Kentucky. Apr the 6, 1820. This is to certify that I have given my daughter Elizabeth McBrayer in marriage unto Thomas Sanders. (S) Ichabod McBrayer).
