Born on September 8, 1949, at Marfrance, she was the daughter of Clement and Mary Stokes Gibson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
Tibby was a homemaker and attended the Marfrance Church of God.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, 7 daughters, 3 sons, 2 sisters; 23 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren.
Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel, Rainelle with Rev. Roger Thornton officiating. Entombment will follow at the Wallace Memorial Mausoleum, Clintonville. Friends may call from 1:00 until time of service at the chapel.
