Memorial services for John Ray Blue, 35, of Broken Arrow, were held Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK.

Levi Blue officiated and burial was in A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery in Hominy, OK.

Honorary casket bearers were Jack Blue, Chris Blue, James Whitchurch, Levi Blue, Michael Whitchurch, and Zac Mendenhall.

John was born September 11, 1981, in Claremore, OK to Jack Allen and Brenda Kay (Silcox) Blue.

He passed away on June 14, 2017, in Tulsa, OK.

John was a diesel mechanic.

He was a member of the Osage Oaks Church of God in Sperry.

John's favorite hobby was riding his motorcycle.

The most precious gifts he loved were his five children

He is survived by mother Brenda Blue of Broken Arrow, OK, children, Nadia Marie Blue, Aiden Elijah Blue, Logan Ryder Arnold Blue, and Mason Ray Blue, all of Broken Arrow; brothers, Jack Allen Blue and wife Raylynn of Turley, Christopher James Blue and wife Sheena of Haskell and Levi Blue of Broken Arrow, Rachael Victoria Blue of Turley, OK many nieces and nephews; grandparents, Ed and Sharon Silcox of Chouteau; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Allen Blue; son, Kristopher Ethan Blue; grandparents, Jack and Flora Ozel Blue; and uncle, Clyde Edward Blue.
