Maj. Kent was born on February 5, 1957 to the late Roy A. and Constance Waltman Cranford. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church of Jackson. Maj. Kent was an unselfish, kind, and loving servant of the Lord who loved her job with the Salvation Army and ministering to others.
Along with her parents, Annette was preceded in death by her husband of over 30 years, Jeffery Kent, and three brothers.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Kenny and Nan Cranford of Braxton; her sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Robert Earl Brown of Laurel; her sister-in-law Freda Cranford of Florence; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the local Salvation Army in her memory.
