Richard Dale Mooney, age 72, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019. He was born on January 4, 1947. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cossie and Savannah Mooney.
He served in the US Air Force as a SGT;
He is survived by his wife, Sheila Gail Mooney of Dalton; son, Michael Lester Cooper of Dalton; daughter and son in law, Emily Anne and Bradley Stern of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Natasha Cooper, Maddox Stern and Madison Stern.
His final place of rest will be at Corinth Church Cemetery in Lafayette, Georgia.
