Erford E. Fisk died at the home of his sister, Mrs. S. H. Cooke, on Fairview Street, Friday afternoon, after suffering from a complication of diseases for several months past, though he had been confined to the bed but a few days only.
His entire life had been spent in Boonville until December last when he came to this city and resided with his sister, that he might obrain medical treatment.
He was in the sixty-fifth year of his life and had never married and leaves beside the sister above named, a half-brother, D.D. Fisk, residing in Boonville.
The body will be taken today to Boonville, where the funeral will be held, and interment made in the Boonville Cemetery. The Oneonta Herald, Thursday, July 11, 1912
