Actor. He is remembered for playing 'Jerry Buell' in the TV comedy series "The Mothers-In-Law" (1967 to 1969). Born Jerome Fogel to Jewish parents, he attended Wesleyan University prior to serving with the United States Army. He began his career in entertainment as a disc jockey in his native Rochester, New York, before making his television debut in the series "The Big Valley" In 1966. Other TV credits include "That Girl", "The Paul Lynde Show", "Love, American Style", "Marcus Welby, MD" and a recurring role as 'Bill Donahue' in the series "The White Shadow" (1978 to 1980). His film credits include "Tora!, Tora!, Tora!" (1970) and "Day of the Locust" (1975).
