Ruby “Sue” Lambert Webb, 75, of Newton passed away on Monday, October 21, 2019 at her residence.
She was born January 15, 1944 in Crumpler, WV to the late Kermit and Ruby Mills Lambert.
Sue was a member of Meadow Ridge Baptist Church in Maiden. She loved serving the Lord, reading and studying her Bible, spending time with her family, working crossword puzzles and playing cards. Sue inherited her green thumb from her Momma and enjoyed flower gardening.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kermit “Kenny” Lambert; sisters, Rodella Lambert, Cara “Kie” Bradley and Jean Whitt; granddaughter, Noele Marie Webb.

A service to celebrate Sue’s life will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Meadow Ridge Baptist Church in Maiden. Rev. Arlie Roten will officiate. Burial will follow at Conover City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Meadow Ridge Baptist Church.
