Diana Lynn Bingham was called to rest on October 17, 2019 in Metropolis, Illinois at the age of 70 years old. Diana was born August 17, 1949 to the late Eddie Brown, Sr. and Vertrice (Jordan) Brown in Cairo, Illinois. Both parents have preceded her in death.
She married her sweetheart, Willie George Bingham, Jr. (Buchie) July 17, 1969 50 years ago. To this union, five children were born. She accepted Christ at an early age and loved to give him praises. She leaves to cherish her memories her (Honey Bunny) husband, Willie George Bingham, Jr. of the home. Son Dewhitney Craig of Atlanta, Georgia, daughter Veronica Denise (Phil) of Chicago, Illinois, daughter Stacy Renee of Covington, Georgia, son W__ G. Bingham of Cairo, Illinois, son C__ L. Bingham, Sr. of Covington, Georgia, stepdaughter Chequita J. (Joe) of Hodges Park, Illinois. She also leaves to cherish 13 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, seven brothers and six sisters and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, special friend Sharon other relatives and friends. Mother you will be truly missed. I thank God for the last five months we spent together. Love you, your baby girl Stacy. Special thanks to my father Buchie for loving and taking care of his wife all the way until the end.. Love you pops.
A private graveside service will be held in Green Lawn Memorial Garden for Diana Lynn Bingham. Arrangements were Entrusted to Massie Funeral Home in Mounds, Illinois.
