Gregory W "Greg" Doyle was born on July 9, 1976 in Huntington, New York, the son of Gerard Alfred "Jerry" Doyle (1947-2008) and his 1st wife Joan ( -- ) Doyle.
He graduated from John Overton High School and Quinnipiac University, became a CPA and later worked as a Controller at the Yale School of Medicine. He was also an avid Star Wars fan and a second degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. He loved going to the movies, reading comics and just hanging out with his family at home.
He was married about 1998 to Amy Menard.
Living in Wallingford, Connecticut, Greg was 43 years old when he died on October 19, 2019 after a short, but courageous, battle with cancer.
Preceded in death by his father, he was survived by his wife, a son and a daughter, his mother and his Stone stepfather; parents-in-law, two married sisters, many nieces and nephews and his karate family at the Institute of Martial Arts Wallingford.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Yalesville, and burial was in Saint John Cemetery.
