He was born July 24, 1986 in St. Louis, MO to Terry Lee & Christina (Hackney) Riley of Pontoon Beach, IL.
Justin worked for Grey Eagle Distributors as a merchandising coordinator. He loved being with his family and friends and playing guitar, video games and was a WWE fan.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancée: Amanda R. Gass of Granite City; a sister: Jarica (Michael) Henke; nephews: Owyn James Henke and Kellan Lee Henke; his grandmother: Betty Hackney of Pontoon Beach; his beloved dog, Bella; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Thomas George Orr Riley and Rose Marie Riley.
