Waverly- Billy “Jeff” Daniels, 71 of Waverly GA passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 20, 2019, at Southeast GA Health System in Brunswick, GA.
He was born to Perry and Ila Wilson Daniels on June 5, 1948. He is preceded in death by his father and mother; a sister, Betty Jo Cates; and brother Earl J. Daniels; and a sister-in-law, Sandra Patrick Daniels.
Survivors include one daughter, Tiffany L. Allen (Greg Allen), of Jesup; one son Billy Jeff Daniels, Jr. (Nancy Daniels) of Waverly; five grandchildren, Austin Thomas of Screven, Chelsi Thomas of Brunswick, Courtney Daniels-Hope (Thomas), of Waverly, Dillion Jeff Daniels, Fort Sill, OK., Dystanee Daniels of Hortense; three great grandchildren, Skarlett Buchanan, Quincy Buchanan, Leon Wilson-Thomas; three brothers, Wilber J. Daniels, David Daniels (Ann), Casey J. Daniels (Judy) all of Waverly; one sister, Nadine Daniels of Folkston; mother of his children and best friend, Lynna M. Daniels of Hortense.
He always had a testimony to tell. He loved his family and especially his savior, Jesus Christ. He loved to tell others about Jesus and what He did for him.
Visitation will be held Tuesday (October 22, 2019) starting at 6PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
Graveside Services will be held Wednesday (October 23, 2019) at 11AM at Horsestamp Church Cemetery.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
