Jeremy was born Monday, March 18, 1985 in Cookeville, Tennessee to Edward Keith Street and Cathy Santana Street.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Edward Street; grandmother, Nancy Santana; aunt, Mitzie Street; two uncles, Joe and John Santana; cousin, Jason Street.
He is survived by his parents, Keith Street of Cookeville and Cathy (Lee) Street of Nashville, Tennessee; brother, Bryan (Amanda) Street of Cookeville; sister, Amanda Street of Bulls Gap, Tennessee; grandmother, Vannie Street of Cookeville; grandfather, Frank Santana of Yabucoa, Puerto Rico; four uncles, Bud Street, Steve Street, David Santana, and Michael Santana; two aunts, Cindy Guinn and Dina Rosenbaum; three nephews, Ty Street, Taylor Street, and Nicolas Street; a host of cousins.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 22nd, 2019 at Jefferson Ave. Church of Christ with Keith and Bryan Street officiating. Interment followed in Crest Lawn Memorial.
Pallbearers were Josh Eich, Drew Street, Andy Street, Ty Street, Taylor Street, Doug Ashburn, and Larry Mahan.
