Born December 26th, 1947 in Tulsa, Angie was the daughter of Atlas Eugene and Imogene (Vance) Hudson. She grew up in Tulsa and attended Nathan Hale High School. Angie met Tommy Sellers at the Cadet Bowling Alley July 21, 1963 in Claremore. The couple married September 23, 1965 in Joplin, Missouri. Tommy's military career in the Marine Corps moved them to California, North Carolina, and Virginia. Angie earned her cosmetology license but was mostly known to be a wonderful wife to Tommy and mother to her two children.
Angie loved to paint beautiful landscape scenes and crochet most anything. She was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary and served as Vice Commander for the Oklahoma department of the organization. Angie was one of the most personable people you would ever meet. She was very outgoing and will be dearly missed by a host of family and friends that loved her.
Surviving family members include her husband, Tommy L. Sellers; her children: Jeanna Stamp and her husband, Jeff and Tommy Sellers, Jr.; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; her brother, Don Hudson and her sister, Dixie Mayden; and her close friends, Georgia Sykes, Dorothy Howard and Sharon Shirk. Finally; a very special friend, Angela's caregiver, Rita Rhodes. Angela was preceded in death by her parents.
