She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents Lloyd and Ann Toliver, Maternal Grandparents William and Mabel Morgan, father James M Toliver, and brother James L Toliver.
Sandra graduated from Orleans High School in 1982. She received a cosmetology license from the State of Indiana after completing studies with the House of James Beauty School. Additionally, Sandra was a member of Old Union United Methodist Church.
She worked 23 years as a rural carrier for the United States Postal Service and was the owner/operator of Sassy Scissors in Orleans, Indiana. In her free time, Sandra enjoyed gardening and raising Yorkies.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday October 21 ,2019 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Old Union Cemetery Orleans, IN. Visitation to be held Sunday October 20, 2019 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. and from 9:00 A.M. until time of service on Monday at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home.
