Ray Charles Knight Sr. 64, was born Apr. 12, 1955 in Dallas, Texas to the late Annie Felder and Rudell Knight. Ray Accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church of Marion, Indiana. On Sept. 6, 2019 God sent his Angels and took away all of his pains and suffering.
Ray leaves to cherish his memories Sons: Arthur (Lisa) Erving of Phoenix, Arizona, Benjamin Hollins of Kokomo, Indiana, and Ray Charles Knight Jr. of Marion, Indiana; daughter, Audrey Annie Erving of Flint, Michigan; 6 grandchildren Devin and Bailey Erving of Phoenix, Arizona, Bailegh, Brielle, and Bella Hollins of Kokomo, Indiana and Maaziah Guy of Little Rock, Arkansas; 1 sister, Julia Knight of Phoenix, Arizona, and 2 brothers David ( Sandra) Knight and Donelle (Paula) Knight of Phoenix, Arizona. Ray also leave two close and special friends Kenneth Jackson and Alonzo Williams.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents Annie Felder and Rudell Knight.
The service will be Sept. 21, 2019 at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 3225 S. Washington St., Marion, Indiana. Viewing from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and service at Noon.
