Martin was the son of Adam and Katarina Manski Boho from Austria-Poland. He married Kate Jellik and they had Tony (1898), Adam (1902), Joseph (1914), and Frank (1916). Martin was a miner for the Oliver Mining Company retiring about 1916. He died from myocarditis at the age of 56 years 7 months and 8 days.
