Meredith Ellen Baston, 68, of El Dorado, AR passed away on October 14, 2019 at her son’s residence. She was born in El Dorado on November 24, 1950 to W.T. and Myrle Blann.
Meredith was a graduate of El Dorado High School Class of 1969, she also graduated from Wade College of Fashion Merchandising in Dallas, TX. She was a true entrepreneur. She enjoyed helping people while pursuing her multiple business ventures. She enjoyed participating with her husband in their hobbies which include Racing Cars, Skydiving, White Water Rafting, Hiking, and Traveling. She loved any activity that involved her husband.
She leaves her sons, Luke Baston and Will Baston (of El Dorado, AR); sister, Becky (David) Harvey (of Churchville, VA); brother, Billy (Judy) Blann (of El Dorado, AR); brother, A.T. (Holly) Blann (of Green Forest, AR); grandchildren, Anna Baston (of El Dorado, AR), Bradley and Carmen Baston (Purvis, MS), Sabrina Daughdrill (of Purvis, MS); eight nieces and four nephews.
Meredith was predeceased by her grandparents, Noah (Dolly) Benson and Wiley (Ella) Blann; parents, W.T and Myrle Blann; brother, Bo Blann; nephew, Daniel Baston, and loving husband, of 44 years, Larry Baston.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 16, 2019 from 4-6 PM at the home of Billy Blann 1824 N Calion Rd in El Dorado, AR. A Graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 3:30 PM at Means Cemetery in Hampton, AR with Bro. Roy Stringfellow officiating under the direction of Perry’s Funeral Chapels.
