Wanda was born on December 10, 1946 to the late Wyatt and Alva Flanders Fales. After much searching, she found her forever love with Tommy Joe Robinson. The two spent a great deal of time together working. Wanda was a true “people person” and never ever met a stranger. Her ability to lift people’s spirits with her silly antics was put to good use when she went to work at Suwannee Valley Nursing Center. The residents loved her and she them. Wanda’s gift was talking and relating to others and she never hesitated to witness to others. She was a member of Bright Pond Baptist Church and attended as long as her health permitted.
Survivors include her daughter, Amanda “Mandy” McGovern of Nicholls, GA and a son, Ray McGovern of Jasper, FL.; two granddaughters, Cindi and Mahaley and two great granddaughters, Baylee and Alyssa.
