Betty E. Cover, 84, of Oak Harbor, died Sunday, July 8, 2007, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. Betty was born August 9, 1922, in Dayton, Ohio, to Fred Malin and Ada (Perries) Malin, Klaus. On April 23, 1940, in Napoleon, Ohio, she married Harvey P. Cover and he preceded her in death January 11, 1977. Betty was a homemaker and enjoyed helping at Witt's Orchard Farm Market. She also enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include her son, Larry (Mary) Cover and daughters, Carolyn (Robert) Witt, Barbara (Brent) Stover, Pamela (Robert) Merkle, and Deborah Wilson; 19 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 34 great-great grandchildren, and one great-great-great grandchild. She is survived by her sisters, Norma Clatfelter, Violet Canfield, Delores Tunning, and her devoted companion and best friend for 30 years, Harry "Bogie" Boger. She was preceded in death by her parents and step father, Otto Klaus, son, Harvey L. Cover, Jr., sister, Thelma Randall, and brothers, Robert Malin, Sr. and Donald Klaus

Services: 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 13, 2007, at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home.
Interment: Rusha Cemetery in Carroll Township.
