Lee McNeill (Mac) Jennings, age 77, of La Center, exchanged his earthly home on his beloved Possum Ridge farm outside of La Center for a heavenly home on October 13, 2019 at 12:09 am at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.

Mac was born June 2, 1942, in Ballard County to the late John and Lunelle Jennings. After 35 years of service he was a proud, retired member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local # 181. He was a heavy equipment operator and took great pride in his construction jobs.
He was a member of North Ballard Masonic Lodge # 537. Mac was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. His interests included all forms of sport especially NASCAR, University of Kentucky basketball, and St. Louis Cardinals baseball. Mac was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed all forms of hunting, particularly duck hunting at Axe Lake in Ballard County. A quiet man who was always so loving, Mac’s strength and support will be greatly missed.

He is survived by son Deron Lee Jennings and wife Kathy from Madison, Mississippi; granddaughters, Ashley of Searcy, Arkansas and Megan of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one sister Nancy Stewart of La Center; special friend for 19 years , Lila Jean Owsley of Bandana , KY.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center with the Rev. Jeff Stewart officiating.
Interment will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
Masonic Rites will be held at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be held after 10:00 am Wednesday at Morrow Funeral Chapel.
